When you submit an RV Parts Research request, we may collect your name, email address, RV year, manufacturer, model or floorplan, optional VIN, descriptions of the part or problem, photographs, labels, model or serial numbers, measurements, documents, links, and other information you choose to provide.
If you purchase research, our payment provider processes information needed to complete the transaction. We do not need or ask you to send payment-card numbers by email or through the research request form.
2. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review your request, communicate with you, research and evaluate replacement parts, prepare and deliver your Parts Research Report, process or document payment and refunds, maintain business records, improve our research process, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information from completed research may also help us improve internal reference materials. When practical, internal reference material is organized around RVs, components, part numbers, and research findings rather than unnecessary personal information.
3. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of the service. These may include Tally for the online request form, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for website and DNS infrastructure, Purelymail for business email, and software or hosting providers used to operate the website and prepare research. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate the service; with manufacturers, suppliers, or other sources when reasonably necessary to research a request; when you direct or authorize us to do so; or when required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud or abuse.
When contacting a manufacturer or supplier for research, we try to provide only the information reasonably needed to resolve the parts question.
5. Photos, VINs, and Other RV Information
Photos, VINs, serial numbers, and similar information can be useful for identifying a component or verifying compatibility. Please submit only information relevant to the research request and avoid including unrelated personal information in photographs or documents.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably useful for providing the service, maintaining business and research records, resolving questions or disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is kept.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, email system, file transfer, or online storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
